I Can’t Input My Credit Card Information.
Try using a different browser if you can’t input your credit card. If it still doesn’t work, contact us.
Are the Product Images Accurate?
We strive to provide accurate information so you can make an informed decision before you order. However, we cannot guarentee 100% accuracy due to a variety of factors: screen display, color, etc.
Why Do You Not Ship to the USA?
We currently ship only to addresses within Canada. In the future, we may ship to the USA and other countries.
We are based in the Canadian province of Alberta, so we make Canadian shipping a priority. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
After Ordering
I Cannot See Updates To My Order.
Try refreshing the page, updating your browser, or restarting your computer. If you know what carrier your package is being sent through, try looking up details on their site, they might provide more information.
Contact us if you still don’t see updates to your order status.
I Purchased an Item by Accident.
If you purchase an item by accident, be sure to let us know as soon as possible, so we can sort it out.
The Item I Purchased Arrived Broken.
If the item you purchased is broken, you must provide proof through images or video. We will refund you if the item is damaged beyond reasonable repair.
Where is My Gift Card Code?
Under your Orders, you will be able to see your gift card code. Click or tap on the order, and in the Order Details under Product, it will list the gift card code.
The code will also be emailed to the recipient you have chosen.
Why Has My Order Not Arrived?
It is common for orders on some items to take 2 – 3 weeks to arrive. If your item(s) have not arrived after three weeks, and no recent update is shown on the “Track My Order” page, contact us.

What is hCaptcha?
hCaptcha is a service we use to prevent bots from submitting forms on our site. It is very similar to reCaptcha by Google.

Survival Resources
Are the Survival Resources Free to Download?
Yes! They will always be free to download. They are public domain resources to help you become a better outdoor survivalist.
What is in the “Various” Option?
The Various option contains EPUB, Mobi, and AZW3 file formats; for Kobo Ereaders and Amazon Kindles.
Will You Get More Survival Resources?
Possibly. The more resources there are, the better prepared you can be.
I Have a Survival Resource. Can I Send it to You?
Yes! We want to make this section have a very comprehensive list of what to do in any survival situation. They must be public domain, or you must own the rights to the document provided.
We will screen the document you send us before uploading. Not all documents will be uploaded.
