Definitions
We, Us, Our, all refer to Outdoor Survivalist, this website, any subdomains, and any social media operated by Outdoor Survivalist.
You refers to the natural person becoming (or who is) a member of Outdoor Survivalist

We are Outdoor Survivalist.

We have no other virtual presence at this time.
Date of Effect
These Terms come into effect the moment you create your account.
This Agreement remains binding between you and Outdoor Survivalist for the duration of your account’s existence. If you have outstanding orders with us, your account will remain active until all orders are delivered to your specified delivery address.
If you delete your account, your account gets deleted (a span of inactivity of more than 2 years will delete the account), or we terminate your account, you are no longer bound by this Agreement; unless, any orders or previous agreements keep you bound to this Agreement.
Benefits
Membership with Outdoor Survivalist provides the following benefits:
- The ability to purchase and review products purchased.
- The ability to edit your account.
- The ability to download Survival Resources.
Fulfilment of Orders
It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate to receive your package.
We may, without notice, choose to not fulfill orders, either in part or in whole. This might be due to a variety of factors including:
- Low or No Stock. Low Stock products will be fulfilled in the order they are received by Outdoor Survivalist. We will not be held responsible for latency on the part of your computer(s) or network(s).
- Customers residing outside Canada. At this time, we will not fulfill or deliver orders originating outside of Canada.
Legal Agreement
By joining outdoorsurvivalist.ca, you agree that you will not hold us or other users liable for any damage, financial loss, action or inaction, etc. You will take full responsibility for your actions/inactions.
Products purchased on outdoorsurvivalist.ca, any subdomains, social media accounts, or physical stores, associated with Outdoor Survivalist, are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any harm inflicted upon another natural person, animal, property, etc. is the fault of the purchaser. Outdoor Survivalist is not responsible for your actions/inactions.
Advertising
You agree to receive any advertisments made by Outdoor Survivalist for the purpose of promoting Outdoor Survivalist.
Your Data
We will not share your personal information with any third party, except where necessary for the operation of Outdoor Survivalist.
You agree that any payment information you may use to purchase products sold on outdoorsurvivalist.ca will be processed through Stripe.
If your account gets hacked, blocked, or otherwise inaccessible by you, by means outside of our control, we shall not be responsible for the loss, or misuse or your data.
We recommend you choose a strong password that’s difficult to guess.
Ownership
- This website, any social media, and any physical presence of Outdoor Survivalist, exist for the benefit of Outdoor Survivalist. Outdoor Survivalist is owned by the Admin of Outdoor Survivalist.
- Nothing in this Agreement, Privacy Policy, or Refund & Returns Policy, or other agreement between you and us can be used by the you to infer ownership of Outdoor Survivalist.
Resolving Disputes
All disputes will be resolved outside of court through negotiation in accordance with this and other Policies and Documents that govern Outdoor Survivalist.
We strive to provide you with the best products; if a product isn’t as described, we will try our best to resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
Prohibited Actions
Certain activity on our site may get you suspended, blocked, or your account terminated; including but not limited to:
- Vulgar language in reviews and/or comments.
- Attempts to hack, break into, destroy, or otherwise inhibit the normal operation of outdoorsurvivalist.ca, any subdomains, and/or social media accounts associated with Outdoor Survivalist.
- Spamming of this website through reviews, orders, comments or other means, that cause exessive disturbance to the admin and/or other members.
Unforseeable Actions
We will not be held responsible for anything outside of our control that renders this website, outdoorsurvivalist.ca, offline, non-responsive, and/or acting contrary to normal operating use.
Errors and Omissions
If you would like to notify the admin of any errors and omissions within this Agreement, contact us using the form on the Contact Us page, or email us at “contact AT outdoorsurvivalist.ca”. (Replace “AT” with @).
This in no way transfers to any member, the right to edit, take away from, or add to, this Agreement.
Changes to this Agreement
This Agreement may change from time to time without notice or additional consent. In the event it does change, a notice will be posted on the Homepage.
