Refund & Returns Policy
We only accept returns initiated within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery. You must use our Refund & Product Issues form to receive your desired result; we will not accept returns initiated using any other channel (email, phone, contact form, etc).
We will refund you once we have received the unwanted product. We will only accept items in their original condition and packaging.

We accept returns 14 days (2 weeks) after the product is delivered to you. Returns beyond 14 days are not accepted.
The item must be in it’s original condition and packaging (the way you received it) to receive a refund.
You agree to pay for any fees resulting from your initiating the return (postage, environmental, etc.)
We will only refund you after we have received the unwanted item.
At our sole discretion, we may not offer a refund, or we may only offer partial refunds.
Refunds Due to Incomplete Orders
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund you. This process can take between 5 – 10 days to complete.
Refunds do not apply to orders that have been placed and are scheduled for delivery.
Some items ineligible for refund or replacement are:
- Gift Cards
- Survival Resources (as they are already free)
- Health related items such as bandages and medical kits.
Changes to this Refund & Returns Policy
This Refund & Returns Policy may change from time to time. You agree that this Refund & Returns Policy can change without notice or additional consent. In the event it does change, a notice will be posted on the homepage.
